This Week’s update On The Immediate Edge…

May 13th, 2007

Dan is back in full swing after Eds amazing series of videos.

Monday will see the start of the Info Product Project and will begin by outlining the scope of the project, a plan for research, and I will be defining the timelines of the project as a whole. Can’t wait.

Tuesday the affiliate project is getting another big update and they will be discussing creating new umbrella phrases to capture a whole new segment of traffic as well as reporting on sales so far.

Maximum Edge Introduction

April 28th, 2007

Well today we lost the ‘special sauce’ name because it was re-branded to be in keeping with the whole ‘Edge’ theme - Now its Maximum Edge. Dan came up with a truly original name…

Other than a name change - we are still waiting for the next part in Ed’s series :-) My own testing of hogging the front page is working well and I hope Eds ideas will extend that.

A beta Test of a new tracking system for Edgers was release - which looks interesting and should save a bit of time.

Immediate Edge: Build an Internet Marketing Business from scratch!

April 25th, 2007

I’ve been a member since day one. I was lucky in that I swapped a few emails with Dan on warriors and so got an invite to view his 15k challenge. This in turn led to getting on the Immediate Edge list and the rest is a very rich history….

My plan for this year was to add more marketing and opt-ins to my madness. I knew from Bum Marketing that if you can find a traffic funnel you could make some quick money. But I wanted to build a list.

Dans site – The Immediate Edge – came along just at the right time for me. Dan had shown how in just 30 Days you could make a list that generated 15k! The Immediate Edge promised a lot more.

The Edge shows step by step how he builds his businesses. From the initial research notes, his detailed plan of action, mind-maps, KW research, outsourced content, the many sources of his traffic - right down to the telephone calls made and the money he spends. We even get the scripts he uses…

But there’s more! In addition to listing out the projects in detail, we already have two well on their way to completion and a 3rd is coming on line in a few days, answering peoples questions he is also providing special tools for members use only to make sure they have an Edge.

We have received two programs so far for finding web 2.0 sites for traffic generation and he has hinted at a few more *special* tools on the way – they must cost a fortune to make…

Add a monthly newsletter packed with info which other guru’s would charge 97 bucks for. With topics covering long tail KW research and strategies, name-squeeze techniques and using web two dot zero for Search Engine ranking.

There are also separate detailed how-2 articles covering the tools.

But there’s one final twist that makes it even more of a must-have…

All members will get a chance to attend a Boot camp so we can put what we have learned into practice. Last year Dan ran a camp for 15 people. He rented a private villa in Croatia, and over three days created two new businesses. These businesses now generate over $11,000 a month and are still growing!

Breaking News - Ed Dale has blown everyone away showing us his ‘Secret Sauce’ method of dominating a niche. When I say dominate - I really mean annihilate - he isn’t just on the front page of Google he had most of the front page spots!

Day Job Killer update

March 19th, 2007

Well it was an interesting 10 days! I had the flu and wanted something to play with. So I bought the ebook and just played with the first section - direct linking in amazon.

This method made me 12k for just under 1k worth of adwords…. Then nothing (ok its now $100 a day but for $50 adwords and a bit hit and miss) - it seems every niche I jumped on someone else came along and grabbing it from me - sometimes several affiliates played like a ww1 dog fight! Damn they show you how to do that later on in the book and I didn’t get that far…

I’m hoping they will burn out paying stupid money for the adwords and I can take back a few of the real meaty niches I found :-)

So I would say Day Job Killer was a good deal for me, maybe worth checking out.

Day Job Killer

February 6th, 2007

Day Job Killer goes live today at 12.00 GMT I think…

In the usual fanfare we are told the price will go up… Normally I would ignore such tactics..

But Affiliate Project X was very well received and 12 people from that went on to be test subjects for Day Job Killer. Seems half are making more than $100 a day :-)

Its worth checking out as the video shows how he made $1,163,396

I also make a quick lens on squidoo

This made me laugh

World of Warcraft - affiliate sale with squidoo

December 28th, 2006

Well I’ve been playing with Bum Marketing and tried an idea out on squidoo the other week.

I created a World of Warcraft Lens and made a sale pretty quick and it seems its doing well in the google index?

If your into free listings - then squidoo is an interesting place. Its pretty user friendly - no html to worry about and you can get a lens up just a few minutes. They have added some nice feathures to allow you to interface to amazon, itunes and other online stores really easy!

They also have an interesting offer on at the moment :-

Refer a friend to be a Squidoo lensmaster. When your friend’s lens earns its first $15, you AND your friend will each get $5, free!

So if you fancy having a go (remember its completly free!) and you sign up using the above link - then contact me on squidoo and I will pass on any tips I’ve found along the way :-)

Have fun and a money making New Year to all :-)

Holiday Greeting

December 21st, 2006

I wanted to send some sort of holiday greeting to my
friends and colleagues, but it is so difficult in
today’s world to know exactly what to say without
offending someone. So I met with my solicitor
yesterday, and on their advice I wish to say the
following:

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit,
my best wishes for an environmentally conscious,
socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive,
gender neutral celebration of the winter solstice
holiday, practiced with the most enjoyable traditions
of religious persuasion or secular practices of your
choice with respect for the religious/secular
persuasions and/or traditions of others, or their
choice not to practice religious or secular traditions
at all.

I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally
fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of
the onset of the generally accepted Gregorian
calendar year 2007, but not without due respect for
the calendars of choice of other cultures whose
contributions to society have helped make our country
great and without regard to the race, creed, colour,
age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual
preference of the wishee.

By accepting this greeting, you are accepting these
terms:

This greeting is subject to clarification or
withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no
alteration to the original greeting. It implies no
promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the
wishes for her/himself or others and is void where
prohibited by law, and is revocable at the sole
discretion of the wisher. This wish is warranted to
perform as expected within the usual application of
good tidings for a period of one year or until the
issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever
comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of
this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole
discretion of the wisher.
